I did it!<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Little late on this one, but my college days are behind me (for now). I graduated summa cum laude<\/em> in December 2021 from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith Information Technology program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I came out not really knowing what was next. I’ve had a couple interviews so far, but haven’t heard anything back. It’s weird because I felt like everything went really well, especially the technical interviews. Turns out that Professor Mackey made sure I was extremely over-prepared for any real-world problems. If you ever read this, I’m in your debt, sir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that I’m not stressing over exams, group projects, or final presentations, I’d like to start thinking of ideas for projects. If anybody has suggestions for posts (or even reads this), let me know in the comments. I’m open for ideas! I think the next steps for me are to get some certifications and work on some projects to keep myself sharp while I work towards my first real job, so I’ll try to do some write-ups on things I learn along the way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
